Lisa Davy

Lisa heads the Conveyancing team and has extensive experience in the following areas.

o Acting for Developers in the sale of private units in private residential developments.
o The Establishment of Management Companies in private residential developments.
o Acting for Purchasers and Vendors of individual private residential units.
o Drafting Wills.
o Acting for Tenant Purchasers of residential units in the ownership of local authorities. o
Solicitor for two lending institutions.
o Drafting Leases and advising commercial Lessors and Lessees in relation to short and long term commercial leases.
o Reviewing and perfecting security for a lender.
